Paul and Ted continue campaigning for street marshals Local Southfields Borough councillors Ted Parton announced that they intend to continue maintaining pressure on the University to fund a professional team of street marshals to address the problems caused by a very small minority of rowdy students living in the town. “At the University has elected not to accommodate a very large proportion of its students on its campus and has instead concentrated on building new facilities and inviting outside companies to operate there,” observed Ted. “These types of development are of course welcome if they bring wealth into the town but, they should not, at the price of undermining the community.”
